Develop your leadership skills, engage in community service opportunities, gain critical thinking and problem-solving experience, understand stewardship and learn how you can make a difference in your community by participating in Students in Philanthropy, an initiative of Abell-Hanger Foundation.
Students in Philanthropy programs make grants to nonprofits by teaching motivated students sound fundraising principles and instilling a love of giving back to their community.
Students participating in community service programs are shown to:
